"... Dear Tube Musem, Hi! I want to thank you for turning me on to the info on tubes in general, but this EF86 specifically. I couldn't be happier or more blown away by the performance of this tube. I put it in my 50th anniversary, handwired Vox AC30H2 and bam-o!! The volume and headroom increase was phenominal. I can't measure the db's but it is amazing. But the tone and the articulation is something to be heard, and heard, and heard...you get the idea. Whether it's a guitar with humbuckers or a Strat or Telecaster, the amp now has such personality I'll never let it go! I'm really just stunned, hence my rambling on to you in this email!
